The IWF will again sponsor the IW Breeders' Symposium arranged by Melanie Mercer, DVM and Gretchen Bernardi. It will be held November 1, 2025 at the Doubletree Hotel Westport, St. Louis, Missouri. Speakers include Dr. Magi Casal from UPenn and Dr. Jacquelyn Evans from Cornell University. The afternoon session will be a moderated discussion in question and answer format. This year the focus will be on information and disinformation for hereditary health problems encountered in the breeding of Irish Wolfhounds and how to avoid them.
