Anal Sac Problems

My 3-yr old, intact, male IW has developed a problem w/his anal sacs. Not impacted, or infected, they seem to be more "leaky" (for lack of a better word). His vet has expressed them (but stated they did not seem too full), we tried a course of antibiotics, and I have changed to a higher-fiber food. Nothing has helped significantly. It doesn't seem to bother him much, occasional licking. His stools are solid (always have been). He just gets messy and smelly ;-( requiring cleaning every day. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Well, a permanent fix is to remove them. Otherwise, you're already doing everything else I would have recommended. Maybe somebody else out there has other ideas.
